Warsaw University (geography) and School of Physical Education (Tourism and Recreation) graduate. Active traveler and adventurer by nature. He has visited over 60 countries on five continents. He acted as a tour leader and co-organized numerous exotic tramping and incentive trips. For over 7 years, he co-organized Meet the Bidder fairs. https://www.meetthebidder.com/
Since the end of studies, he has been working as an academic teacher. He shares his experience as a traveler and organizer in numerous publications as well as tourism-related presentations and demonstrations. He has been working at Vistula School of Hospitality since the beginning of 2017. In his research work he is concerned primarily with meeting industry issues. Together with the Fundacja Spartanie Dzieciom (Spartan Foundation to Children) he takes part in charity runs. He took part in numerous high-mountain expeditions.   • motivational/incentive tourism;
