2008−2009 – head of the food chemistry lab at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Lethbridge (Canada).

Didactic/research interests: 

  • examination of the chemical composition and lipids content in prairie fruits growing in Canada;
  • application of enzymatic esterification in the production and stabilization of zero trans structured lipids for high-temperature applications;
  • production of structured lipids in environments of sub-critically low water content.
