Project objective:

Increasing the quality and efficiency of education and management processes at the Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management:

1. Development and implementation of 1 new education program in the field of Lifestyle Coaching (second-degree, full-time, in Polish), for 40 Polish and foreign students (24 female and 16 male students)

2. Providing support for 468 students (318 female students ; 150 male students): in the form of three elements: 1. trainings (including certification) (240 people), 2. workshop classes developing competences (420 people), 3. in the forms of activity resulting from the University’s cooperation with employers (120 people)

3.realization of internships for 67 students (47 female and 20 male students)

4. realization of workshops raising the teaching (62 people) and / or management and administrative staff competencies (16 people), as well as implementation of IT management tools and information management in order to improve the quality of education
