Outstanding Performance of Vistula Badminton Players
Vistula’s badminton team once again demonstrated their exceptional skills during the 1st Round of the Academic Badminton Championships of Warsaw. The high form and commitment of our players led to remarkable successes in both team and individual classifications.
The competition included singles and doubles matches, with results contributing to both individual and team standings. Both the men’s and women’s badminton teams of Vistula University secured an impressive 3rd place in the team rankings. This outstanding achievement reflects the consistent sports development of our students.
In the individual category, special recognition goes to:
- Mohit – 2nd place in singles,
- Piotr Krajewski – 3rd place in singles.
The Vistula University team, guided by coach Tomasz Lipski, M.Sc. is a talented and cohesive group of players.

Vistula University badminton players can already boast an outstanding track record. They are bronze medalists of the Warsaw Academic Championships 2023/24 and participants of the finals of the Polish Academic Badminton Championships. The results achieved during the first throw of this year’s Warsaw Academic Championships promise well for the future as regards their further successes in the upcoming stages of the competition.
