Confirmation letters

New process for student confirmation letters!
Starting April 7th, 2025, confirmation letters will no longer be issued at the Dean’s Office.
To obtain one, students must submit a request via the Rhenus system – scan the QR code.

If all conditions for issuing the confirmation letter are met, the document will be ready the next business day. You will receive a confirmation by email that it is ready.
Collection: Reception, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM on business days
The document will be available for 7 business days.
If you receive a refusal, please read carefully the reason and follow the instructions. You may contact your coordinator by email if you require additional information. Do not contact anyone else, they will not be able to help you!
