International Art Competition “When we meet we change the world – Spotkania kreują przyszłość” – 3rd edition launched

The Vistula Group of Universities warmly invites primary school students to take part in the 3rd edition of the International Art Competition “When we meet we change the world – Spotkania kreują przyszłość”. This initiative promotes the idea of meetings as a space for building relationships, cooperation and the future, while also fostering the artistic sensitivity of children and young people. The competition continues the previous two editions, which were included on the list of competitions of the Mazovian Board of Education.

The competition is open to primary school pupils in two age categories: grades 1–3 and grades 4–8. Artworks – created individually, in any technique and on any material, both two-dimensional and three-dimensional – should relate to the theme “When we meet we change the world – Spotkania kreują przyszłość”. Participation in the competition is free of charge, and the deadline for submitting works to the organizer – Vistula School of Hospitality – is 1 April 2026. The winners will be announced in May and attractive prizes await the laureates.

The aim of the competition is to build awareness of the importance of human encounters, to develop artistic skills and imagination, and to encourage children to explore creatively and discover different artistic techniques. It is also an opportunity for schools and teachers to include topics such as building relationships, empathy and cooperation in their daily teaching practice – through creative activities that engage students’ emotions and imagination.
