Vistula students’ passion for technology captivates Ursynów District

Vistula University once again took part in the Ursynów Science Festival, where our Computer Science students proudly showcased robots they had independently designed and built. The event, aimed at popularizing science among Warsaw residents, was held at the Ursynów Cultural Center “Alternatywy.”

The original robotic constructions—designed, built, and programmed by Vistula’s future engineers—drew significant attention from festival attendees. Visitors had the opportunity not only to see the robots in action but also to speak with their creators and learn about the development process behind these intelligent machines.

The robots were presented and explained by team leader Murad Guliyev. His engagement and technical expertise helped visitors gain deeper insight into how intelligent machines are created and what technologies and programming languages drive them.

Among those who visited our booth was the Mayor of the Ursynów District, Robert Kempa. He showed great interest in the students’ projects, and his presence underscored the importance of collaboration between local authorities and academic institutions in promoting technical education and innovation.

Participation in the Ursynów Science Festival was not only a great opportunity to promote Vistula University, but also a valuable chance for our students to present the results of their work to a broad audience.
