Vistula Film Festival 2025

Vistula Film Festival 2025 kicks off tomorrow – a two-day celebration of creativity, emotion, and cinematic storytelling, brought to life by the talented students of our university. Ten outstanding films have been submitted to the competition and will be showcased on the big screen in Aula 4.
As one of the most inspiring events in the academic calendar, the Vistula Film Festival offers students a platform to premiere their film projects and share their passion for storytelling through the art of cinema. This year’s edition will take place on May 27–28.

Emotions. Ideas. Stories.
Through their films, Vistula students explore the world around them – telling powerful stories about people, dreams, challenges, and emotions with sensitivity, creativity, and originality. The festival promises a diverse mix of genres, themes, and visual styles.
Awards will be presented in several categories, including: Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay.
A festival to remember
Last year’s edition was a resounding success, featuring nine films across eight competition categories. The screenings drew over 100 attendees and were met with enthusiastic praise from both the audience and the jury.
