New AFiB Vistula Student Government elected

On 27 November 2025, students of the Vistula University of Finance and Business elected a new Student Government Council for the 2025/2026 term. The Council is the official representative body of all students – it cooperates with the University authorities, delegates representatives to university committees, and initiates activities for the benefit of the student community.

The newly elected Board of the AFiB Vistula Student Government consists of:

The Student Government Council also includes 24 members representing various programmes and years of study at AFiB Vistula: Diana Tanska, Joanna Woźniak, Natsai More Banditi, Katarzyna Kochowska, Gulzira Baiyeva, Bartłomiej Dwórnik, Tawanda Marume, Sofiia Aleksandrova, David Lastovka, Sofiia Vasko, Aruzhan Rashid, Vladyslav Khoroshun, Olaf Bojko, Oleh Savchak, Takunda Reynold Godzi, Yuliia Sheludko, Iona Salei, Mohammed Mohammed, Sabarish Paranthaman, Banenkosi Dube, Victoria Emmanuel Macpepple, Patrick Lumumba, Miia Serebrianyk and Aidana Nurtazina.

The newly elected President, Krzysztof Dębowczyk, emphasizes that the main priority for this term will be greater visibility and accessibility of the Student Government for all students:

„Jako przewodniczący w tym roku chciałbym zwiększyć świadomość studentów o istnieniu samorządu, o tym że mogą się do nas zwrócić ze swoimi problemami i pomysłami które mogą mieć realny wpływ na funkcjonowanie naszej uczelni. Podjąć rozmowy i działania na rzecz poprawy funkcjonowania dziekanatu. Do tego działania na rzecz społeczności studenckiej np. imprezy, warsztaty edukacyjne, zorganizować zniżki dla naszych studentów”.
