Actively involved in EU grant projects for Hotel Technicians in Poland as a coach and practitioner in the area of the hospitality industry. Author of articles for industry magazines. Member of the Jury during the first competition of the international A.I.C.R. association for the best receptionist of the year in 2016. Liaises with a team of practitioners creating and generating research surveys aimed at industry development. Co-author of the project of developing standards and procedures for hotels “Bezpieczna gościnność w hotelach w czasach koronawirusa” [Safe hospitality in hotels in the times of coronavirus] in the beginning and during the pandemic. Secretary in the Polish Chamber of Hoteliers. Consultant and hotel advisor for IT solutions and technologies in hotels. He cooperates with many suppliers of IT tools providing modern operational solutions for hotels.
